If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we offer the option to return your order according to the terms below.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returning<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The jewelry must be in unused, original condition and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized or custom jewelry unfortunately cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How do you return a product?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@halohdesign.com\">info@halohdesign.com<\/a> within 14 days of receipt to submit your return request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive a return label and further instructions for returning your product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please return the jewelry in its original packaging to the address you received from us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once we have received and verified your returned product, you will receive a confirmation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund will be processed within 10 business days using the payment method you used to make the original purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note that depending on your bank, it may take several days before the refund is visible in your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exchange<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At this time, we do not offer a direct exchange service.
