Shipping Methods
- We ship to customers within the Netherlands and to selected international destinations.
- All orders are shipped with a track & trace code so you can track your package.
Shipping costs
- Within the Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €4.95.
- International: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times
- Within the Netherlands: Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after processing. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- International: Delivery times vary by country, but can range between 7-14 business days. Please allow for possible delays due to customs or import procedures.
Processing period
All jewelry from Haloh Design is made by hand. As a result, it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and ready for shipment.
