Returns and Refunds Policy
At Haloh Design, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we offer the option to return your order according to the terms below.
Returning
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- The jewelry must be in unused, original condition and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or custom jewelry unfortunately cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do you return a product?
- Please contact us at info@halohdesign.com within 14 days of receipt to submit your return request.
- You will receive a return label and further instructions for returning your product.
- Please return the jewelry in its original packaging to the address you received from us.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Refunds
- Once we have received and verified your returned product, you will receive a confirmation email.
- The refund will be processed within 10 business days using the payment method you used to make the original purchase.
- Please note that depending on your bank, it may take several days before the refund is visible in your account.
Exchange
- At this time, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you want a different product, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
Defects and damaged products
- If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will make sure you receive a replacement product free of charge or a full refund.
