We ship within 5-7 business days and offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €100. Not satisfied? You can return your purchase within 14 days, if unused and in original condition. Personalized jewelry can unfortunately not be returned.
Return conditions
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The jewelry must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Personalized jewelry or customized items cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
